1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Tonefix, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Service Usage
Tonefix provides AI-driven text rewriting. You are responsible for any content you submit. You agree not to use the service for any illegal purposes or to generate harmful content.
3. Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions (Pro and Pro Plus) provide higher limits and extra features. Billing is handled via Stripe. You can cancel at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
4. Intellectual Property
The Tonefix application, including its design and code, is the property of Tonefix AI. You retain ownership of the content you submit and the generated rewrites.
5. Limitation of Liability
Tonefix is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the AI-generated content.
